Jean-Michel Dayez studied in Brussels under Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden, besides other conservatories in France. A laureate of several competitions, he received grants from the Émile Bernheim Foundation (Brussels) and the Meyer Foundation (Paris). A fine chamber musician, Dayez also plays the great concerto repertoire and recital programmes and has frequently been to India as part of Artie’s festival.
