Prem Avinash is an Internationally known violinist and composer. He often performs his own compositions on the Violin and has performed all over India and abroad. He regularly performs in Classical concerts, Gazal performances and Marathi programmes. His Musical Journey moves towards Fusion music to make people dance and celebrate, and also take them deep into meditation and silence.
He has played live concerts with well-known Bollywood music directors, Kalyanji Anandji, Yashwant Dev, Sivamani and many more. He started playing Violin in his childhood and gave his first Radio performance at the age of 13, having learnt Hindustani classical music from Pandit Ravi Shidhaye and Ustad Faiyaz Husen Khan.
Learning piano at the age of 7, Prem Nisimo’s performance was already hailed as so expressive by a journalist, when she was aged 8. She become a concert pianist at the age of 16, but she left her career to be an avant garde of the big revolution happening in Europe and all over the West in 1968, studying Sociology at the University, followed by a Masters in Sanskrit, studying at Pune University. She translated a part of Rumi’s Mesnevì in Italian with a performance in Istanbul in 2011 having the support of the Italian Consulate. Being part of Italian Institute of Culture in Istanbul, writing for the magazine on spiritual concepts, having conferences on Holistic Platform, on the arrival of a New Paradigm and on Wagner and Thomas Mann in Istanbul at the Mimar Sinan State Conservatory. After retirement, Nisimo has been music coordinator at the Osho International Meditation Resort.
Nirmala is an international Singer, Tanpura player, song writer and studio artist. She started singing Bollywood songs and giving performances since her childhood. She has participated in many singing competitions and has won many awards. Her repertoire includes Bollywood, devotional, folk and fusion music. She learnt Tanpura and Hindustani classical music from Anuradha Arankalle and Sandip Kanigdhwaj. She performs with Avinash and his band all over India and abroad.
A Talented Tabla player and Percussionist, Nilesh Ranadive trained under the guidance of Pandit Suresh Talwalkar and has been featured at prestigious shows in India and abroad. Ranadive’s performances are marked by his versatility. He has performed with the fusion band, ‘New Life’, and also with eminent musicians like Rahul Sharma, Ustad Shahid Parvez, Pandit Ajay Pohankar, Begum Parveen Sultana, Aarti Ankalikar and Pandit Sanjeev Abhyankar, amongst others. When he is not performing at important festivals in India, Australia, USA, Korea, Singapore and the Gulf, he devotes his time to teaching.
