Dido and Aeneas, Henry Purcell’s 17th century masterwork is the myth of a queen, a soldier and the illicit love that tore them apart. The opera has been a popular favourite for the last 300 years, and enjoyed elaborate worldwide productions on the occasion of Purcell’s 350th birthday in 2009.
Giving Voice Society was founded by Patricia Rozario and her husband Mark Troop.
