Terms and Conditions for Refunds and Cancellations

• Membership Subscriptions can be cancelled within one month of application if requested by the Subscriber, and then reimbursed with authorisation of the Committee of the Society.
• Donations cannot be cancelled or reimbursed.

The Poona Music Society is providing on its website a payment facility provided by a service provider (payment gateway).
This Service is provided in order to facilitate access to view and pay subscriptions or donations online. The Poona Music Society does not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the payment gateway other than what is specified on the website for this purpose. By accepting/ agreeing to these terms and conditions, the User expressly agrees that her / his use of the aforesaid online payment service is entirely at her / his risk and responsibility.
The user must ensure that she/he has the proper and lawful payment instruments, and that the computer used for the transaction as well as the internet connection are capable of handling online payments.
