DESCRIPTION:Arties festival has built a deep relationship with its musician
 s and is proud of  their diversity. Its popularity has grown over the yea
 rs\, and it brings the finest young musicians to India to perform for a va
 ried audience.\n\nPierre Fouchenneret  was accepted by the  Paris Conser
 vatoire at the early age of 12. He performs around the world along with re
 nowned musicians and is a member of the group Ensemble Contraste\, Trio Ma
 gellan and Quatuor Raphaël.\n\nMathilde Borsarello Herrmann started study
 ing the violin from the age of five with her father. After being awarded t
 he first prize in Suzanne Gessner’s class\, she later studied chamber mu
 sic with Paul Boufil and joined the violin class of Patrice Fontanarosa an
 d Jean-Jacques Kantarow at the Paris Conservatoire.\n\nFrançois Salque is
  recognised as one of the most stunning cellists of his generation. In Fra
 nce\, he won the First Prize of the "Hommage to Paul Tortelier and Maurice
  Gendron" International Competition and the Pierre Fournier Prize. He has 
 already performed as a soloist and in chamber music in over fifty countrie
 s with some of the world’s most renowned artists.\n\nTraveller\, entrepr
 eneur\, adventurer\, Gauthier Herrmann is an atypical musician. A cellist 
 passionately turned towards chamber music\, founder and director of Arties
  Festival\, he has travelled the globe for over ten years in the company o
 f his family - the merry band of Arties musicians brought together by grea
 t musical repertoire and loyalty to each other. He has won numerous prizes
  and plays a Benoit Fleury instrument of 1754\, belonging to a private spo
 nsor.\n\nYann Dubost is an award winner of the Cziffra Foundation for 2007
 . His talent and his originality established him as one of the most promis
 ing young double bassist of the young generation. He has won many awards. 
 Fond of contemporary music\, he premiered and recorded several pieces for 
 solo bass and has been member of the Ensemble Itinéraire since 2002.\n\nS
 on of a famous French oboe teacher\, Sébastien Giot began his musical stu
 dies by learning simultaneously violin and oboe. He has won several prizes
  at the national and international oboe competitions. As the only woodwind
  player selected for the final round\, Giot received the second prize at t
 he “International Young Concerts Artists” in New York. Giot also playe
 d in several music chamber formations\, including the Erasme woodwind quin
 tet with other soloist from the Orchestre National Philharmonique de Stras
 bourg.\n\nWinner of several national and international competitions includ
 ing the prestigious ARD Munich Florent Pujuila occurred with many orchestr
 as in France and abroad. He is regularly asked to compose chamber music pi
 eces or sets the boundaries of conventional aesthetic\, contemporary and j
 azz. In 2013 he wrote the music of "Opera Fireworks" Gilgamesh\, King of U
 ruk with a libretto by Philippe Meunier with fireworks and Margot Patrick 
 Auzier. He is the artistic director of the Music Festival Dels Monts - and
  the International Academy of Music Dels Monts.\n\nEmmanuel Christien is o
 ne of France's most diverse young pianists who is in great demand. Emmanue
 l graduated in piano\, chamber music and vocal accompaniment. He won sever
 al awards in International competitions for piano\, like Casagrande (Italy
 ) and Perlemuter (France).\n\nMarie Chilemme started playing the viola at 
 the age of three. In 2004\, she graduated in Viola\, Chamber Music and Mus
 ic Theory at the Conservatoire National de Toulouse. Marie performs as sol
 oist and in chamber music groups\, in several festivals in Europe. Current
 ly\, she is studying at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin (
 Germany) in the class of Tabea Zimmermann.\n\nAude Giuliano started learni
 ng the accordion at the age of 5 and studied music at the Conservatoire de
  Nice. She received the International Grand Prix of Castelfidardo (Italy)\
 , first French to win this competition since its inception in 1987\, and r
 epeatedly got International Grand Prix Klingenthal (Germany) in classes un
 der 12\, and under 15 years of 18 years and the Junior World Trophy in Lor
 ient (France).\n\nJoël Lasry was born in 1988 in Amiens\, where he began 
 studying the horn at the local conservatory in 1994 with Mr. Eric Brisse. 
 Joël Lasry is the 1st prize winner at the Città di Porcia french horn co
 mpetition in Czech Republic. Joël Lasry is one of the brightest horn play
 ers of the Laetonium Horn Quartet. The Laetonium Horn Quartet was founded 
 in 2006.\n\nLola Descours started bassoon at the age of 11 in the class of
  J. F. Angelloz in Reims\, where she obtained first prize in bassoon along
  with a first prize in piano in the class of Médous Julien. Since 2007\, 
 she is the bassoonist in the Orchestre de Paris\, where she plays especial
 ly under the baton of Christoph Eschenbach and Paavo Jarvi. She has appear
 ed as the principal bassoonist with the various European orchestras.\n\nFl
 eur Grüneissen studied flute at an early age with Chrystel Delaval NRC to
  Lille. In 2002\, she studied at the Paris Conservatory where she obtained
  brilliant degrees for flute and piccolo in the class of Pierre Yves Artau
 d and Florence Souchard. In 2004\, she won the AIDA scholarship from the O
 rchestre du Capitole de Toulouse. She pursues her career as a chamber musi
 cian and collaborates with a wide range of musicians.\n\n
