 \, Op. 73\, Brahms-Dietrich-Schumann: FAE Sonata for violin and piano and 
 Brahms: Piano Trio in C major\, Op. 87\n\nDan Zhu is widely recognized as 
 one of the leading musicians of his generation on the international stage 
 today\, praised as “an artist of affecting humility and beautiful tone p
 roduction” by The Strad magazine\, performing internationally in North A
 merica\, Europe\, and Asia. His recent triumphant performance with the Bos
 ton Symphony at the Tanglewood Festival has been raved by the critics as "
 truly brilliant\, compelling\, and polished". He has appeared with world c
 lass orchestras under the direction of Maestros Christoph Eschenbach\, Zub
 in Mehta\, Philippe Entremont\, Jacek Kaspszyk\, Krzysztof Penderecki\, Ca
 rl St.Clair\, En Shao\, Muhai Tang\, Ralf Weikert\, Long Yu among many oth
 ers\, and has been invited to perform and give master classes at renowned

 Beijing. He has collaborated in recital and chamber music with pianists Ph
 ilippe Entremont\, Peter Frankl\, Richard Goode\, Lang Lang\, KunWoo Paik\
 , Jean-Yves Thibaudet\, other instrumentalists includes Joshua Bell\, Nobu
 ko Imai\, Gary Hoffman\, and Mischa Maisky. Artist in residencies at the M
 ehli Mehta Foundation in Mumbai and at the “Intimacy of Creativity” in
  Hong Kong. His duo recitals with pianist Tzimon Barto in Hamburg was high
 ly acclaimed by Die Welt as "distinctive dramaturgy of contrasts\, crystal
 line tones with intensity and sensitivity"\, last season with pianist Oliv
 er Triendl was praised as “Perfect Playing” by Münchner Merkur.\n\nA
  native of Beijing\, Zhu made his first public appearance at the age of ni
 ne\, performing Mendelssohn’s violin concerto with the China Youth Chamb
 er Orchestra. At age twelve he entered the Central Conservatory of Music i
 n Beijing\, where he studied with Xiao-zhi Huang. Four years later he was 
 awarded the Alexis Gregory Scholarship to study with Lucie Robert at Manne
 s College of Music in New York. He made his Carnegie Hall debut with Tchai
 kovsky violin concerto at the age of eighteen. His mentors have included I
 vry Gitlis\, Gerard Poulet\, and Aaron Rosand. As recording artist\, Dan Z
 hu has appeared on several international labels\, such as Cascavelle\, CPO
 \, Naxos\, ORF. His latest world premiere recordings of Boris Papandopulo
 ’s violin concerto and Bright Sheng’s chamber music album “Northern 
 Lights” with the composer on the piano\, both were released in 2017.\n\n
 Dan Zhu has collaborated with numbers of the leading composers of our time
  on concert stages and in recordings\, including George Benjamin\, Gyorgy 
 Kurtag\, Krzysztof Penderecki\, the late Gian-Carlo Menotti\, Wolfgang Rih
 m\, Guan Xia\, Tan Dun\, Bright Sheng\, and Xiaogang Ye. His passionate in
 volvement with Antarctica Forum in the environmental protection field\, le
 d him to be the first violinist in the history performed on the continent

 0\, Henri Demarquette entered at the age of 13 the Conservatoire de Paris 
 where he studied with Philippe Muller and Maurice Gendron. He was unanimou
 sly awarded a Premier Prix\, and worked with Pierre Fournier and Paul Tort
 elier before taking lessons from Janos Starker in Bloomington\, USA.\nFami
 liar with the stage by the time he was fourteen\, Demarquette made his con
 cert debut at seventeen with a recital at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Pa
 ris and a recording for France 3 Television with pianist Hélène Grimaud.
  He caught the attention of Lord Yehudi Menuhin\, who invited him to play 
 Dvorák’s Concerto in Prague and Paris with Menuhin conducting.\n\nHis c
 areer has been international ever since\, taking him to many capitals in t
 he company of the greatest French and international orchestras – most re
 cently the Orchestre national de France\, the London Philharmonic\, the Vi
 enna Chamber Orchestra\, the Paris Orchestral Ensemble\, the Tokyo Symphon
 y\, the Bordeaux-Aquitaine National Orchestra\, the Symphonia Varsovia\, t
 he Neue Philharmonie Westphalen\, the Orchestre de chambre de Paris. Demar
 quette has also appeared with his favourite chamber music partners Boris B
 erezovski\, Michel Dalberto\, Jean-Bernard Pommier\, Fabrizio Chiovetta\,[
 1] Vanessa Benelli Mosell and Jean-Frédéric Neuburgerr. In 2006\, on the
  occasion of composer Henri Dutilleux's 90th birthday\, his interpretation
  of the concerto Tout un monde lointain\, with the Nationaltheater Mannhei
 m (NTM) orchestra directed by Frédéric Chaslin\, gave rise to a film air
 ed on Mezzo TV.\n\nIn 2011 and 2012\, he performed with Saint Petersburg P
 hilharmonic Orchestra\, Ural Philharmonic Orchestra\, NDR Hanover\, Orches
 tre National de Lille\, Orchestre Français des Jeunes\, Orchestre Philhar
 monique de Marseille... He also plays at Théâtre des Champs Elysées wit
 h Brigitte Engerer\, at the Salle Pleyel with Vadim Repin\, at the Berlin 
 Philharmonie\, Salle Gaveau\, or Tokyo International Forum...\nHe has crea
 ted works by contemporary composers such as Olivier Greif (Durch Adams Fal
 l)\, Pascal Zavaro (concerto)\, Éric Tanguy (Nocturne)\, Florentine Mulsa
 nt (sonata)\, Alexandre Gasparov (Nocturne)\, Christian Lauba\, his New Yo
 rk Concerto with Jonas Vitaud\, piano and Richard Ducros\, saxophone.\n\nH
 enri Demarquette also performs an eclectic program from Bach to Galliano\,
  in duo with the French accordionist Richard Galliano. In 2014\, the duo c
 reated “Contrastes” for accordion\, cello and orchestra\, a compositio
 n by Richard Galliano. In 2015\, he founded a string quartet with Augustin
  Dumay\, Svetlin Roussev\, and Miguel da Silva. Michel Legrand dedicated a
  concert to H.Demarquette who performs it for the first time with the Orch
 estre Philarmonique de Radio France conducted by Mikko Franck and recorded
  by Sony Music. H.Demarquette created Vocello\, an original ensemble for c
 ello and choir a capella together with L’Ensemble Vocal Sequenza 9.3. Th
 eir program includes Renaissance pieces in relation with contemporary musi
 c. In 2016\, Vocello stayed as artist in residence at Collège des Bernard
 ins. Since 2012\, H.Demarquette is regularly invited by Michel Onfray to t
 ake part in the original project called Université populaire de Caen\, to
 gether with an essayist\, a poet\, and a musician called Jean-Yves Clémen
 t. In 2005\, he received an award from the Simone and Cino Del Duca Founda
 tion.\n\nHenri Demarquette plays "le Vaslin"\, cello manufactured by Strad
 ivarius in 1725\, lent by LVMH/ Moët Henessy. Louis Vuitton with a Persoi
 s bow dated 1820.\n\nKun Woo Paik is considered one of the most important 
 pianists of his generation. Born in Seoul\, Kun Woo Paik´s first concert 
 was at the age of ten performing Grieg´s Piano Concerto with the Korean N
 ational Orchestra. At the age of fifteen\, Kun Woo Paik moved to New York 
 to study with Rosina Lhevinne at the Julliard School and with Ilona Kabos 
 in London. Paik is the winner of the Naumburg award and Gold Medallist at 
 the Busoni International Piano Competitions. His international career took
  off following his first New York appearance\, in which he performed compl
 ete piano works by Maurice Ravel at the Lincoln Center\, and his orchestra
 l debut at the Carnegie Hall.\n&nbsp\;\nIn 1974\, Paik made his European d
 ebuts with three consecutive recitals at the Wigmore Hall\, London\, follo
 wed in 1975 by a recital in Berlin´s Philharmonie. Since then he has clos
 ely collaborated with conductors such as Lorin Maazel\, Mariss Jansons\, L
 ong Yu\, Sir.Neville Marriner\, Wolfgang Sawallisch\, Jiří Bĕlohlávek\
 , Dmitri Kitaenko\, James Conlon\, John Nelson\, Eliahu Inbal and Antoni W
 it\, and performed with orchestras such as the New York Philharmonic\, St 
 Petersburg Philharmonic\, London Symphony\, BBC Symphony\, Orchestre de Pa
 ris\, Berlin Symphony\, Hungarian National\, Oslo Philharmonic\, Rotterdam
  and Warsaw Philharmonic. He is also a regular guest artist of festivals i
 ncluding Berliner Festwochen\, Aix-en-Provence\, La Roque d´Anthéron\, R
 avinia\, Mostly Mozart\, Colmar\, Montreux\, Dubrovnik\, Aldeburgh and Mos
 cow Easter Festival. He was the first Korean artist to be officially invit
 ed by the Chinese government in October 2000.&nbsp\; Kun Woo Paik´s numer
 ous recordings include Scriabin\, Liszt\, complete works for solo piano by
  Mussorgsky\, Rachmaninov´s complete piano concerti and Rhapsody on a the
 me of Paganini (under Vladimir Fedoseyev for BMG). His complete Prokofiev 
 piano concerti recording received both Diapason d´Or of the year and Nouv
 elle Académie du disque awards in France.\n&nbsp\;\nAs an exclusive Decca
  artist and to celebrate JS Bach´s year in 2000\, he recorded Busoni´s t
 ranscriptions of Bach´s organ works followed by an album of Fauré´s Pia
 no works\, which won all the major prizes in France. He recently released 
 the complete works for piano and orchestra by Chopin with Antoni Wit and t
 he Warsaw Philharmonic.&nbsp\; Kun Woo Paik has recorded all thirty-two So
 natas by Beethoven for Decca.\n“Paik´s sense of drama\, his wit\, maste
 ry of nuance\, thoughtfully weighted chords and fleet-fingered virtuosity\

 k lives in Paris and is the Artistic Director of the Emerald Coast Music F
