  Symphony Orchestra of India (SOI)\, based at the National Centre for the 
 Performing Arts (NCPA)\, Mumbai\, is India's only professional orchestra. 
 The SOI has worked with renowned conductors including Charles Dutoit\, Aug
 ustin Dumay\, Yuri Simonov\, Lior Shambadal\, Rafael Payare\, Adrian Leape
 r\, Johannes Wildner\, Evgeny Bushkov\, Duncan Ward\, Karl Jenkins\, Misch
 a Damev\, Alexander Anissimov\, and Christoph Poppen\, and more.\n\n\n\nA 
 gifted violinist of Kazakh origin\, Galya Bisengalieva was born into a mus
 ical family and began playing at the age of five. She has held a post of 
 Soloist with the Kazakh State Symphony Orchestra since 2010 performing Bar
 ber\, Beethoven\, Schnittke\, Mendelssohn\, Bernstein and Korngold concert
 os. Recent appearances as soloist with orchestras in Europe\, Asia and Sou
 th America culminated in a sell out performance of Bruch’s Violin Concer
 to in Teatro Colón\, Buenos Aires\, for which Galya received the Revelaci
 ón Award by the Music Critics Association of Argentina.\n\nRobert Ames is
  both a conductor and a viola player. He is the co-founder and co-artistic
  director of the London Contemporary Orchestra. In 2015\, the London Conte
 mporary Orchestra won the Ensemble category of the Royal Philharmonic Soci
 ety Music Awards. The London Contemporary Orchestra does not use programme
  notes\, instead they want their audiences to just listen and make up thei
 r own minds.\n\n
