Inspired by the magic of film soundtracks and the timeless allure of classic jazz standards, Lola Ganzarolli, with her exquisite soprano vocal technique, joins forces with exceptionally talented jazz pianist Tomasz Bura.

Together, they embark on an exploration of uncharted musical territory where operatic elegance merges seamlessly with splendid piano improvisations. Their unique repertoire spans unforgettable melodies from the silver screen and sophisticated jazz arrangements. For a truly bespoke experience, their performances can also include Lola and Tomasz’s original compositions.

Lola Ganzarolli is a British-Russian soprano, singer-songwriter, performing and recording artist, music coach in piano and singing, based in London. Lola won a full scholarship to come to the UK at the age of 15 to attend the Purcell School of Music. She then went on to study under the guidance of the honorary late Professor Emeritus James Gibb, who became her mentor and friend. Her songs are a unique fusion of pop, jazz, classical & film music, captivating the audiences with their heartfelt lyrics and luscious lyrical melodies. In the meantime, Lola has written new songs and she is currently working on her new album of songs, which was published in 2023. Lola loves to combine her passion for Russian and Italian classical music repertoire with writing her own songs.

Establishing a prominent presence on the European jazz scene, Tomasz Bura has enraptured audiences in esteemed venues such as London’s Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club and featured in renowned jazz festivals, including Jazz à Vienne in France. Fuelled by a commitment to innovation, Tomasz ventured into a new creative realm in 2015, composing fresh music for a quartet. This project aimed to fuse his diverse musical influences, drawing from jazz, rock, global, and classical genres, honed during his 14-year musical study in Poland. Dedicated to sharing his musical knowledge, Tomasz has conducted over 200 workshops in the UK, France, Germany, and Poland. His commitment to teaching reflects his genuine passion for nurturing the next generation of musicians.

Based in London, Lola won a full scholarship to come to the UK at the age of 15 to attend the Purcell School of Music. She then went on to study under the guidance of the honorary late Professor Emeritus James Gibb, who became her mentor and friend. In London she graduated with honours from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama (Piano performance, BMus with 1st Class Honours), and the Royal Academy of Music (Singing, Post-Graduate, LRAM). Lola also had the privilege of training with the legendary Maestro Sergey Leferkus, V. Chachava at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music, with Boris Berlin & Yury Ponizovkin at the Gnessin’s School & Academy of Music; Professor Ursula Kneihs at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna, Austria, as well as training under the guidance of Maestro Danilo Rigosa in Veneto, Italy.
