The Geister Duo are winners of the 1st Prize and the Public choice Prize at the “International piano 4 hands Monaco competition” and the 2nd Prize winners in the Piano duo category at the 2019 Franz Schubert Competition. Consisting of Manuel Vieillard and David Salmon, the Geister Duo studied their repertoire at the Paris Conservatoire with Claire Desert. In 2018 and 2019 they were invited by the Roque d’Anthéron festival as ensemble-in-residence and in 2020 by the Festival Inventio.
This is the first in a series of concerts specially sent to The Poona Music Society by Festival Inventio.
