Hailed by critics worldwide for her vocal dynamism and interpretive prowess, Italian lyric soprano Maria Luigia Borsi has forged a career that has taken her throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. Ms. Borsi has performed at the Salzburg Festival (Otello), Zurich Opernhaus (La traviata), Berlin Philharmonie (Suor Angelica), Deutsche Oper Berlin (La bohème), Gran Teatre del Liceu of Barcelona (La bohème), New National Theatre of Tokyo (Così fan tutte and Otello), Arena di Verona (Carmen), Royal Danish Opera (Madama Butterfy), Les Chorégies d’Orange (Turandot), Pittsburgh Opera (Madama Butterfy), Novaya Opera of Moscow (Il trovatore) with renowned conductors.

Italian pianist and composer Antonio Artese has been much sought after as a recital pianist in Europe and in the U.S., and as a member of chamber music and vocal ensembles. A former student of Maestro Massimo Marzi and Bianca Maria Orlando in Rome, and of the great romantic virtuoso Sergio Fiorentino, in Naples, he won First Prize in the Rachmaninov International Piano competition (1985) and received similar distinction by the Performing Arts Scholarship Foundation (1992) in Santa Barbara. In 2017 Antonio Artese has been appointed Dean of the Global Academic Programs at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, Italy.
